Training course on risk management for cultural heritage in Gaza

Cultural heritage sites in Gaza have unique value and history meaning. This online workshop sought to enhance the capacities of relevant institutions and 45 professionals from the heritage field from Gaza and the West-Bank. The training focused on heritage conservation (both risks and conditions assessment and first aid implementation), and also in disaster and conflict recovery (damage assessment, resilience tools). The course emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary approaches and knowledge exchange in addressing the challenges of heritage recovery in post-war contexts.
